Science project

Does color affect taste?

INTRO
I’m doing a science experiment on does color affect taste, I chose this experiment because it interests me and it’s sounds fun to do. i also want to do it because i want to experiment on food because i haven’t experimented on food before.

hypotheses
My hypotheses is that the people that are going to test my smoothies will think that it’s a different flavor or that they will guess what flavor it is.

Questions
  1. Does your sense affect what you think of your food?
  2. Do you naturally think if your food will taste gross or nice by what it looks like?
  3. Does the color affect how you think the food will taste?

Smoothies
  1. Triple-Berry Blend smoothie: 1 1/2 cups mixed blackberries, strawberries and raspberries with 1 cup each milk and ice, and sugar to taste.
